Booking date - 30+ Days - 25% - Remaining balance split into 2 payments.
Booking date - Less than 30 days- 50% - Remaining balance due at least 1 FULL week before event.

We encourage you to book as soon as possible- aA least 30+ days in advance. Haute Air Balloons will ONLY hold your date with a paid deposit.
To ensure quality consistent with the Haute Air Balloons brand, we do not suggest to purchase your own balloons. However, if you have purchased an approved balloon brand, Haute Air Balloons will consider the option on a per balloon order basis.
Haute Air Balloons will review your specific event details to determine if we can assist with an outdoor set up. **Important note - As balloons are subject to outdoor weather conditions, your outdoor event may be subject to an increased delivery/ installation fee.
Depending on a few factors*, your indoor balloons can last several weeks.
If you have selected Haute Air Balloons 'Clearing' service, a member of our team will clear the balloons. However, UNLESS this service is spelled out in the agreement, Haute Air Balloons will not clear the balloons.
